This is a drone motor assembly line we previously designed and built for a client, a complete turnkey project. The line supports mixed-model production of multiple motor types, effectively increasing efficiency while lowering labor costs, with a cycle time of 40 seconds per motor.

This fully automatic rotor die casting project is designed for a washing machine rotor with an outer diameter of 68mm and a stack height ranging from 28 to 50mm. The line uses six-axis robots for automatic mold loading, part takeout, aluminum deburring, cooling, and interrupted bars testing.
